Our soup

Made fresh daily, our chicken paitan broth starts in the early morning hours. Our cooks carefully combine all ingredients including free range chicken, potatoes, and onions and a few other secret additions into a soup pot. Over the next 4-5 hours, we constantly stir the soup while focusing on extracting the maximum flavor from the chicken in order to bring you a delicious bowl of ramen. Please Enjoy!
